Agosto Holdings is a technology-focused investment firm with deep roots in B2B software and professional services. Our story began with Agosto, a cloud-services pioneer that Mill Point Capital, a New York–based private equity firm managing over $7 billion, acquired in 2020 and merged with its portfolio company, Pythian. That firsthand experience building, scaling, and integrating technology businesses guides every investment decision.

Today, our portfolio also includes Skykit, a digital-signage platform spun out of Agosto. Skykit now serves over 700 customers and has delivered consistent year-over-year growth, underscoring our ability to identify market opportunities and build enduring technology companies.

We also invest in other opportunities, applying our expertise to create lasting value across industries.
